General Provisions

These terms and conditions govern all services on the zz66 platform. "Services" refers to the zz66 website, mobile application and all gaming, betting and payment features provided through either channel. "User" refers to any person who has created an account or is using the services.

By accessing or using the site, the user acknowledges that they have read, understood and agreed to fully comply with these terms. If you disagree with any term, please refrain from using the services.

Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

Users must be at least 21 years old to open an account on zz66. Anyone under 21 may not create an account or use the services. If a user is found to be a minor during verification, the account will be closed immediately and any funds on deposit may be forfeited.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each person may operate only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are identified, all of them will be closed and any earned bonuses will be cancelled. Creating multiple accounts using the same device, IP address or payment method is strictly prohibited.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete and up to date. zz66 reserves the right to verify identity at any time. Providing false information will result in the account being suspended or closed.

2.4 Account Security

Users are solely responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential. Any suspected unauthorised access to an account must be reported to the support team immediately. Allowing a third party to use your account is prohibited.

Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Deposit Conditions

All deposits are made in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Accepted deposit methods are bKash, Nagad and Rocket. No deposit methods other than these three mobile banking options are accepted.

3.2 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5–30 minutes. Withdrawals must be made via the same method used for the deposit (bKash, Nagad or Rocket). Withdrawals may be held if identity verification has not been completed.

3.3 Payment Verification

zz66 reserves the right to verify the source of any payment transaction. If unusual transactions, suspected fraud or patterns indicating multiple accounts are identified, the relevant account may be suspended.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

A 100% bonus is available on the first deposit at zz66, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example, a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus — giving an account balance of ৳2,000; to withdraw the bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times, meaning ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000.

4.2 Bonus Terms of Use

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible once wagering has been completed.
• A bonus can be received only once per account.
• If wagering is not completed before the bonus expires, the bonus will be cancelled.
• If multiple accounts or manipulation are detected for the purpose of earning bonuses, the account will be closed.
• zz66 reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

4.3 VIP Cashback Program

zz66 has three VIP tiers — Bronze, Silver and Gold. Each tier offers weekly cashback calculated on the net loss for that week. The maximum cashback is 0.5% at Bronze, 1.0% at Silver and 1.5% at Gold. For example, if a Silver member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in one week, the cashback will be ৳20,000 × 1.0% = ৳200.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the zz66 platform. If any such activity is proven, the account will be permanently closed and the balance may be forfeited:

• Attempting to gain an advantage through fraud, deception or any unlawful means.
• Exploiting software bugs or technical vulnerabilities.
• Bonus abuse or bonus arbitrage.
• Transferring or receiving funds from another user's account.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal payment purposes.
• Placing opposing bets on the same game to eliminate risk.
• Using automated bots or scripts to play.
• Registering under another person's identity or providing false information during verification.

Gaming Fairness and Technology

6.1 RNG and RTP

All slots and casino games on zz66 are operated using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. RTP (Return to Player) varies for each game and represents a long-term theoretical average — this rate cannot be guaranteed within any specific session.

6.2 Server Errors

If a game is left incomplete due to a server outage, network issue or other technical reason, zz66 reserves the right to make a decision based on the last valid recorded state. The right to void winnings arising from an obvious technical error is reserved.

6.3 Live Casino

In live casino games, the dealer's decision is final. If the live stream is interrupted, the outcome will be determined based on the last available video feed.

Sports Betting Rules

7.1 Bet Settlement

All bets will be settled based on the official result. If a cricket, football or other match is abandoned or not completed in accordance with the rules, bets will be voided and stakes returned.

7.2 Multi Bet

In a multi bet, all selections must be correct to win the full amount. If even one selection is wrong, the entire bet is lost. The odds of a multi bet are determined by multiplying the odds of all selections.

7.3 Live Betting

Odds may change at any time during live betting. Odds are not final until a bet is confirmed. zz66 reserves the right to decline or subsequently void any unusual or suspicious bet.

7.4 Maximum Win Limit

A limit may apply to the amount won on a single bet or within a specified period. This limit may vary across different sections of the platform.

Personal Data and Privacy

Cookies are used on the site to improve the user experience and for analytics purposes. Cookies can be disabled, but doing so may limit some functionality of the site.

• There has been no activity on the account for an extended period (in accordance with the inactive account policy).
• Required for legal or regulatory reasons.

10.2 At the User's Initiative

Users may request account closure at any time by contacting the support team. Any balance remaining at the time of closure may be withdrawn (subject to conditions being met).

Limitation of Liability

zz66 is not responsible for any financial loss incurred by users through gaming or betting. Use of the platform is entirely at the user's own risk. zz66 is not liable for losses caused by server outages, cyberattacks or third-party issues.

zz66 reserves the right to discontinue, restrict or modify services in accordance with international or local law. No claim for compensation by users will apply in such cases.
